Early Deposit and Availability

So just to clear some things up, I received my direct deposit today it is pending my direct deposit date on my transcript is Wednesday the 26th.

I called my bank and sure enough they have what’s called a “settlement” date, which is, the 26th.

so because the IRS sends a settlement date as to when they want the money available to you just because it sent to your account and pending doesn’t mean you’re going to get it in this case the IRS specifically said it is not to be available until the 26th.
