      I didn’t notice til it was too late, TT didn’t give me the EIC. My transcript had a 971 for notice sent and they sent me a letter stating I qualify. I went to h&r for the free double check and I did my taxes correctly she said there’s no reason they should have missed that refund.

      So in 6-8 weeks I get another $900 and gonna get my $89 filing fee back.

      She said the only issue I might have is not reporting my stocks that I cashed out but she said it shouldn’t matter because I didn’t hit that 3500 investment income mark but if they ever question me to just amend my return.
