Just wondering if once you get to the Path message if that means your return is complete and just waited for release of funds after the 15th

No the path message does not mean you are in the clear for a refund… I’ve seen people get codes on WMR for I’d verify after the 15th… you can get a bad code updated on WMR at anytime from here on out … I’ve seen people update to Path and then when Path lifts they’ll either still be stuck waiting for their refund, or they’ll get a letter in the mail explaining why they haven’t received a refund yet… I just don’t want people to get their hopes up just bcuz they see a Path message… my first year on Path was 2018 and everything went smooth got my refund on February 17th that year… last year I actually updated to a path message on WMR and everythi Went smooth again … got my state back very early on feb 8th and then my federal on 22nd … but I have seen people stuck after getting the path message… you’ll either get a 9001code or it’ll change from the path message to no bars and a message saying your refund is still processing … idk just my experience from being on this forum..l but who am I

Path is for protection against fraud. Seeing the message doesn’t necessarily mean yours is approved.
