Do I have to file 2nd W-2?

So in late October my department was contracted out. So I had a different employer from Oct 27th-Dec-31. My income from them is under 5k and no Federal was taken out and barely any state taxes. So do I have to file that one?

Yes..and if not enough taxes were taken out you may owe that.

You need to file it. Not enough money was probably taken out because that job probably calculated as if that was your only job and thus took out less money than it should have.

Yes you do. Even though no taxes were removed, you still have to include what you made amd report it
