Do away with the PATH ACT!!

These last few years have been so frustrating to get what’s owed to us… they need to do away with the Path Act and come up with another system that don’t affect us getting our money 1 MONTH LATER!!! This is insane!!

Filed 1/31, with all the credits and I need my money now!

  BELLALOVE, I filed and was accepted 1/23. We been waiting even longer. Its ridiculous.

  agree 100% I been on here saying this for a week now. Does no good whatsoever to file early if we are waiting nearly a month for OUR OWN MONEY. Its a scam. End the Obama era law of the path act now. Its nothing more than a way to hold onto your money a few extra days. We the people have every right to question how the Feds do business. It needs revamped and streamlined(THE IRS).

  I agree they shouldnt make the majority, who files taxes correctly and honestly, suffer.
  
  I’m assuming i’ll get flagged next year. I’ve moved and also recently got custody of my granddaughter so I’m sure i’ll get pulled for review when u claim her next year. Hopefully it won’t cause too much of a delay.
