I received both stimulus on paper checks but used direct deposit on my taxes and received the refund on the 22nd of Feb would I receive the 3rd stimulus on my direct deposit that was used for tax refund?

Yes, I believe you should get your refund the same way as your 2020 refund — unless you used a tax preparer and paid fees out of your refund. That route caused many people issues last year.
