Maybe you owe the IRS. That wont show up on the offset line
Also check WMR tomorrow after it updates and see what it says

Hey all so I NEVER moment on this site..but I wanted to shed a Lil light on this particular topic..I received my DD today around 4pm central time. I filed on 1/26, irs accepted on 1/29 updated on path on 2/3.. transcript finally up UPDATED TODAY with code 846 & 2/22.. but I received deposit Today for ONLY a portion of my refund amount. I called the irs and after 18 minutes of the rep she said I nor my husband have any offsets..BUT the ONLY THING they said was that the rest of my refund that is ACTC RELATED is being held and will be released by the 22nd

I just called the offset number. As I know I don’t owe anyone.

Used NetSpend to get my DD

Here’s what could be the problem. If you’ve ever received any pre tax loan and they didn’t get paid back the loan and you file elsewhere and have the fees taken out if they use the same bank they will still take their money happened to one of my clients this year hope this helps

I have the same problem. I filed on January 28th was accepted on January 29th few days later was on path was released from path yesterday I looked at the transcript Today and recevedcode 846 for my dollar amount and I too was cheated by some other parts of my money. I just got Call IRS and they show the full amount so I don’t know what’s going on? My deposit was scheduled to hit my bank account on 2-22-18. No offset or nothing. They are not showing a offset since I don’t owe them. And of course no letter was mailed out because I don’t owe them!!!!! Irs confirmed I don’t owe them.

Did you pay your filing fees out of your refund? It would be that or an offset causing you to not get the full amount you expected.

If your filling jointly, maybe your spouse has an offset. I’ve never heard of partial deposits unless of an offset.
