Thanks for the head’s up T Tripp, it may help some people figure out what is going on.

Here’s what I get:

If you had Marketplace coverage in 2014, you’ll need Form 1095-A to file your taxes. There were issues with some of the forms, but most people weren’t affected. To check the status of your Form 1095-A, select your 2014 application, then select “Tax forms” to see if your Form 1095-A will be corrected. We’ll contact you if your Form 1095-A is impacted.

Your Form 1095-A is ready. There were issues with the “monthly premium amount of the second lowest cost silver plan” on some people’s forms, but yours wasn’t affected. You can use your current form to fill out your taxes.

So that doesn’t affect me, still waiting for the letter but pretty sure my hold-up is bad accounting SW from Drake (1040 dot com DOUBLED my gross income on schedule C write-off form)

I noticed in the link you posted it says they will contact you by phone or email if you were in the problem set, so no need to panic. If all ya’ll can give your opinions on O’care, I guess I can too. If it wasn’t obstructed at every turn, all of those energies could have gone into making it flow smoothly rather than trying to demolish it at every turn. Just a thought, don’t wanna argue, won’t help any of us get paid any quicker. Just saying

Its about time they admit to their mistake. I have been waiting for my money since I was accepted on January 20. The worst part is I went to the healthcare.gov website and calculated what my second lowest cost silver plan was and it was the same amount that is on my 1095-a. So now wait more while they figure out what is going on. They only had years to get this all together and be ready for tax season. What a mess!
