      I got a letter Jan.28th that I’m going to be reviewed and it mentioned the path act etc.. they said it could take additional time to get a refund. (Still had 1 bar)
      After that letter, on wmr my bars left and I got the path act and tax topic 152. Also a few days later I was finally able to order both my transcripts, they are being mailed. Do you think they finished my review and I’ll get a DDD this week or by the 27th??

          @Kay Sounds like it to me.

          @Islands I’ve seen other people say that but then have it done much sooner. I think maybe that’s one of those safe-bet, worst-case-scenario sort of time frames.

            I received a letter today that I am being reviewed and it will take 60 days
