Did anyone get a DDD, yet still unable to order return transcript?

Is it possible for wmr to update to 2nd bar when you still can’t order return trans? I could order account as of 2/12. But as of 2/19 still can’t order return. Called yesterday, they said still processing and no holds or verification required. Filed and accepted 2/2. 1 bar and topic 152 since then

@dallastexas don’t ever call before 21 days, its a waste of time. they are not going to look into your case because they feel that policies don’t obligate them to. they are gonna make up all kinda stuff about it wont allow them to look into your case because of the 21 day bs but technically they can, they just wont if they feel they are not obligated to. 90% of them are not professional and does not have good customer service skills, they are very rude. but back to my point. its been 18 days for you, your bars didn’t go missing but 18 days is a unnatural time frame to be processed. if you dont see a change by tues then they have to tell you why its being delayed because its not suppose to take no more then 21 days to process.

I called verification number just to be on the safe side, I said the rep on the main number gave me this number to call and verify some infornation, the guy pulled up my account and said no, I don’t need to verify. That I’m still in the normal processing que. So that’s two people today and yesterday that say the same thing. Why the f did all these people that filed 2/2 get paid
