@mikeinwv – it’s a hurry up and wait game. I’ve seen where people got their DD today, but I’m not sure I trust them because there isn’t a bunch of people saying it. But I could be wrong, just my speculation.

I have seen several posts from people who said that they have received refunds this morning. Let’s see what happens throughout the day today.

Praying for everyone, I know how it feels to be in the dark. I have code 203 and hotline says department of revenue. That kept my state, my wmr says full refund amount but no clue how much I’m actually getting. I’m in Indiana, ddd of 2/22

If history repeats itself, which it usually does, I think people that bank where deposits ate not held, will see deposits throughout the day tomorrow.

Every year I file the same credits and dependents except this year my oldest son i am not claiming…last year I had a DDD of 2/22/18 and received my refund on 2/21/18 @ 6:37pm central time and had a processing date of 2/25/18….so I think I will get my deposit on this Thiuraday if I use last years Transcripts as a deciding factor…this year I have a processing date of 2/26/19 no DDD as of yet so I think I will get it 4 days before my processing date but 1 day before my DD date which will be this Thursday which is also my paydate……Does that sound logical to anyone???

Republic Bank is open today and they said they will start getting notifications of deposits tonight, whatever that means. I know DD go straight to account no pending..

Like the rest of this tax season, there is no definite when deposits will start hitting.
I’d love to get my money early, however, I know it will definitely be here at some point this week.

I don’t know about today is President’s Day (a banking holiday) and last year it was on the 19th, not the 18th, because it’s always a ‘Monday’ holiday. Not sure what if any impact this has on the discussion but I notice nobody else is mentioning it.

I would like to be the voice of reason for a moment. While it may be true that the Fed ultimately sends out the Treasury’s ACH’s, there is a national clearing house that it must go through first, then, your banks get it and send it to your account. The bank will get the notification from the clearinghouse that there is an amount coming to you, some banks, like greendot, will credit those funds upon notification, some banks will wait until the transfer is complete. All banks have a cutoff of when they begin and end processing for the day, anything coming in after that time, will not be credited until the next business day. So, picture this, if on Friday, before 5pm, an ACH deposit was sent, it will go through the clearing house and your bank will be notified, most likely. if you have greendot, they are the biggest bank for pre-paid cards, you would see a pending deposit late Friday night/early Saturday, for more traditional banks, the deposit would be credited to your account the next business day, Tuesday, or possibly Wednesday, depending on what time and how often they process ACH deposits.

yeah the past 3 years I have had odd results from WMR and TT notifications…Last year I got DD the same night (between 2 am and 6 am) that TT sent email stating a deposit was on its way. Year before I never got WMR Update at all and DD Showed up suddenly on 22nd. Using my Chime account for it this year and payday is now Wed every other week instead of Friday for me. Cheers to all!

With previous years expierence….deposits came Feb 16th as well as many others. Same filing status and less credits claimed this year even…pather for both years and here I am…still waiting. So don’t expect anything, you’re less likely to be let down & going by previous years dates us what’s causing everyone to freak out (including myself) so just wait and see, nobody knows forsure. Not until the money actually shows up (or at the least a deposit date is given to you)

The Federal Reserve starts processing “all” bank transactions at 5:30 PM EST today. Deposits are possible; however, the probability is unknown.
