      I have my refund coming and happened to close my bank account and went to another bank
      How can I update the deposit information?

      Irs closed due to Corona K Virus K

          No, but next week the filers’ app should be working:

          You’ll be able to update your information there.

            U are absolutely right, their deposit will bounce back/fail
            I would put in info on that nonfiler link on irs website if I were them. If it’ll allow it. Can’t hurt since it’ll fail the other way. I say go for it.
            It saddens my heart to see everyone so distracted and panicking due to COVID-19, refunds, stimulus. It’s Easter weekend. Satan is busy, destroying hope and souls.

                I suspect the deposit will fail and bounce back to the IRS and they’ll mail a check.

                Even when nothing seems to be going right, God has a ram in a bush.
