Defaulted student loans offset

Has anyone with defaulted student loans and a offset filed without the IS form and got their return yet?

  @shaunwilliamson14 my transcripts did update with 846 code DDD 2/24. Today WMR reflected to show the same. I’ll update you but it looks like the gamble may have paid off. No need for IS if your debt is student loans. I’ll continue to update

  Filled jointly, wife has student loan debt. This year I did not file IS. I’ll keep you posted.
