DDD 2/22/17??? CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS!!

Just so everyone knows, my bf and 3 friends all got new wmr messages this morning. DDD of 2/22/17. 2 bars. All filed the week of 1/29/17 and were accepted same day and PATH message within a week. BUT all of them checked their accounts and THEIR MONEY IS ALREADY DEPOSITED!!!! 3 are banks and one is Netspend card. Just wanted everyone to know so they are not sitting waiting till the 22nd. I have a DDD of 2/22/17 and I used Jackson Hewitt and got their Am Ex Serve card for the direct deposit. Last year I did the same thing and got it like 2 days early. As of right now nothing… :( disappointing to say the least…. did anyone else use this and get it early??

I have a DDD of 2/22 and I bank at Wells Fargo. Nothing came early for me. My guess is I will have access to the funds as soon as they are deposited and that probably won’t happen until over night. Hopefully by Morning I will have my return. Anyone else with Wells Fargo and DDD of 2/22/17?

I filed 02/02/17, accepted same day. I got a DDD of 02/22/17 and use a Netspend card. As of today still nothing. I always get my payroll 2-3 days early but I am just assuming that with Monday (02/20/17) being a holiday things are a little behind. Plus they say it will be sent by 02/22/17, so if it’s sent on the actual DDD it will become available the same day since I use Netspend. So anyone out there with Netspend and DDD of 02/22/17 DON’T worry, there are others still waiting too.

I filed my return on Feb 9. I had to wait for the 18th of feb to get a ddd.it got accepted on the 9th of Feb.the DDD is Feb 23rd.it has two bars.it got approved.i have netspend so its surpose to be deposited 2 days early.hopefully i get it tomorrow.at least before the 23rd would be acceptable..if anybody has netspend and recieve a dd let me know.

If you have fee’s taken out for tax prep like from Republican Bank or SBTPG they won’t front the money. They wait until the money is deposited into there bank before they send the money over. Prepaid cards such as Rushcard or Netspend with front the money. If they see the money is coming they will deposit the amount of the pending transaction into your bank even if they haven’t received it yet. That is why so many people that didn’t have fee’s taken out already got their funds. Most banks are like this but their are some out their that will front the money. If the treasury sent the money over on Friday like most people are saying it won’t post until the next business days sometimes 2 days. If you have a bank that will front the money or a prepaid card you might be able to see the money tomorrow if not then 2/22.

I’m really hoping its deposited tomorrow since my money has to go through SBTPG.

I have netspend actually we all do here , my son his gf and myself, of course i fkiled the 23rd lol and had to wait for EIC so my date is 2/23 but im wondering if it will post after midnight because i just called netspend they said nada today holiday. lol my luck. So does anyone think it will update after midnight and i have a chance of it showing up in am? My son got an email alert saying his deposit was in it was fast as he had not even gotten his card yet. Deposit was there 2 days before his card arrived. AND his dd date was the 8th and his was there like the 6th. ok windbag here i guess my question is……. ANY CHANCE WILL UPDATE AND MAYBE BE THERE AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT? by the way he got the email at 847pm about deposit so i am assuming they post any hours. Call Netspend and see if either pending or make sure no problems. That’s weird cause my bf is exactly same DDD and Netspend. Updated Friday and got his money Friday. Hmmm weird. Maybe today tomorrow at latest. IRS makes no sense.

I filed self employment w/eic & child tax on Jan 23 (TurboTax), accepted Jan 23 . WMR had one bar for a few days until Jan 26 it changed to Path Act & Tax Topic 152. Last night some time WMR updated to TWO bars & a DDD of “by 2/22”!!!!!

No deposit in my bank account as of yet (been checking it every few hours hoping it will be deposited early haha)

I filed on January 23 and here is 17 February and I don’t know nothing but that my tax return has been received and is being processed .

No I just ordered Transcripts today. I must’ve done something wrong cause I couldn’t see them online. So I don’t know what’s even on mine. But I have been reading a couple different sites on this issue and it seems to me that THEY ARE NOT GOING IN ORDER BY WHEN YOU FILED OR ANY OTHER ORDER. So take all those dates we have (filed, accepted, etc) and throw them out the window. They are useless. In my opinion, most people will see updates by tomorrow and early next week. BUT KEEP CHECKING YOUR ACCOUNTS DAILY.

Few years back, i rec’d my direct deposit but WMR still said processing. Another year, it gave DDD and I got refund like 3 days before the DDD. So there is no rhyme or reason, they are just plugging thru millions of returns. Unless you get a letter, your should be fine.

I filed my taxes through H& R Block on January 23, 2017. H& R Block, said the accepted my return that day. Yes I claimed a child, but I understood about the new tax law ,”Hikes”. She asked a BUNCH of questions but, after 9 mins on the phone, I GOT MY CONFIRMED DDD 2/23 AND AMOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I filed 1/27/17 so the general number said ‘sorry, not 21 days yet!’.

That number is the contact for relief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had Treasury deposits show up in my USAA account any time of the day. They are often there around 6am, but I’ve seen them later in the morning and early afternoon. There’s still hope today!

Called it’s this morning was told I have a ddd of 2/23 but I am having part of my eitc held for review cause they have a question about 2015. Said I have to wait 30 days for a letter to come through the mail. wtf I have been claiming my kids since birth and they are 14 and 18. Both still in school. I am beyond stressed. I too have USAA. This morning my wmr updated to say the 2/22. USAA’s processing window starts at midnight. They never hold funds but they only check the ACH during that processing time overnight. So what ever day the IRS puts it out there we should get it the next morning. I’m hoping its being put out there today so I’ll get it tomorrow but there’s no way to tell. I called them and they can’t manually check the ACH to see if its been put out there. I know some Banks and Credit Unions update their system with pending deposits outside of their processing times just to give customers more information.

Don’t worry people. I helped my sister do hers through tt and its exactly like mines. We did same day and got accepted same day. We also have same credits but for some reason hers says its being processed. I guess it just has to do with the order they get handled. I believe sometimes the wmr doesn’t even display accurately. Last year I was still in processing and my refund had already been deposited. WMR never even updated afterwards till like 2 weeks after I had already gotten my dd.

with that said I checked my acct transcript and yesterday balance owed had amount no code 846 today to balance my heart went to floor lol but code 846 and it says refund issued with the amount

my wmr has no changes still the generic message being processed so and I’m 0605 shows 03/06 date

@Paul@Mina Chan, I too have a 846 code on my transcript with a 3-6-17 processing date. I spoke with an IRS collections agent this morning and she gave me a refund deposit date of 2-24-17. I owed back taxes and they were taken out of my refund. I only had the ACTC. Hope this helps.

I’ve heard a lot of people get their refund early with netspend. I’m getting my refund deposited into an AccountNow card. I filed January 21 accepted January 23rd, I have the code 0405 with processing date January 13th, I have eic and actc with education credits as well. I now have a DDD of the 22nd. My transcripts says code 846 with refund date of March 06. Looking at my previous tax years, this is pretty accurate as last year my transcripts had a date of February 22nd next to the 846 refund code but my DDD was February 9th and that’s when i received my deposit. If you do the math, 13 days are the exact amount of days in between so I expect to see money on the 22nd. Just a little FYI for those people chacking transcripts.

THe weird part is my mom filed the same as all my friends and she was 2nd person to get a PATH message but she still stuck on “still being processed “. I was last to be accepted and to get PATH message so I figured mine would be later. She going to be upset. Sigh.

I filed 2/4, accepted 2/4, updated to PATH 2/6, and then updated to “we have received your refund and it is being processed” on 2/15. I checked my transcripts an hour ago, nothing. I just checked it and I have my 846 code with a date of 3-6-17. WMR still hasn’t updated and no deposit yet. My cycle code is 20170605. I’ve been checking my transcripts like crazy LOL! So the IRS just updated I’d say 6AM eastern time?? Good luck everyone!
