      Hey hope this helps those who use products like TurboTax and H&R Block I found that within the official help forum for the Intuit TurboTax website that the refunds are first sent to the the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group before it is sent to the bank. If you did not receive your funds check their website to see if there is a hold to verify your identity. Once you submit the info verifying your information then they will release the funds to the bank.
