      DDD 2/10 Approved 2/6 – submitted 1/28: You were impacted by the outage. While we may tell you that you are within the normal 21 days. this is due to a system issue last week. Expect it to take the full 21 days if you had your fees deducted from your refund.
      That is why the IRS allows 21 days, it’s for worst case scenario like this. Nobody will be able to tell you differently. Don’t expect your refund for at least a week.
