WMR DDD date of 2/5. As of 12:00pm Central time 2/5 it still has not been deposited.

Saw thred with DDD on 01/29 where people got their DD deposited later in the day, closer to 5:00-5:30 Eastern time.

Think that could be the case for 2/5?

Just got off the phone with SBTPG, sounds like a huge dumpster fire over there currently. The nice women I spoke with said there is a very good chance that if you’re still getting the notice on their website that they haven’t received your return from the IRS, that it may not ever update to reflect otherwise and you may just see it hit to bank with our their site ever updating. Place is a mess it seems.

8 years of TT always had my fee, when I had one, taken out of my deposit and ALWAYS had my DD on my day listed on WMR. This is a first for me and from now on I’ll just pay the fee upfront to avoid this mess.

              Good luck all.

I truly believe this depends on your bank as well as SBTPG. I bank with Huntington and Huntington ALWAYS puts a hold on my deposits (even though they claim they don’t.) You have 2 options: 1. Call your bank and see if you have any pending deposits. 2. Wait until tomorrow to see if shows.

My bank is pretty terrible with deposits. They won’t even tell me if a deposit is pending and I have direct deposit for work, which Payroll sends out on Wednesdays. Still yet, good ol’ Huntington will deny deny deny seeing any pending deposits until it finally hits my account on Friday.

I’m watching this thread like a hawk because I am 1/31 filer and stalking my return! haha

                  IMPORTANT INFO ON SBTPG

SBTPG was late on transfers yesterday afternoon and missed bank cutoffs for this morning.

I have a ddd of 2/5 nothing in my bank yet, I have chime and sbtpg says it sent today. Hoping it comes in later. Wmr never updates to sent for me until well after I’ve already received my refund.

Same here – 2/5 date and no deposit as of 1:27PM EST. Has your “refund sent” updated on WMR? Mine has not,

My bank shows no pending ACH. The customer service rep said this tax season has been a massive headache already.

Same thing happened to me last year. I didn’t get my refund on my account until almost 6pm. Guessing the same thing will happen today.

No clue. I’m in the same boat and I seriously doubt we will see anything before tomorrow morning.
