Anyone trying to contact SBTPG and having trouble call the 1800 number press one for English then press 1 like you’re trying to verify a check then put in bogus numbers you will then be asked if you want to speak to someone and it actually gives you the option to receive a call back they called me back within 10 mins.

I was told my account was put on hold due to unusual activity but when I tried to verify it says the information doesn’t fit the parameters. Had a ddd for 2/24 not sure what’s going on have tried to call TPG numerous times even tried to e-mail.

DDD of 2/24 and never received mine. SBTPG changed disbursement method to RESERVE, and apparently it’s because my account is on hold for “unusual activity”
after being told to send a context-less email containing the front and back of my ID to their support email, I have little faith that anything will happen by Monday. I guess I’m going to join the list of daily callers until this is resolved.

I still haven’t gotten husband’s 2/24 deposit. It looks like maybe SBTPG might have changed disbursement method from direct deposit to cashier’s check. Not a happy camper.

I still haven’t received mine, I had a DDD of 2/24 and the WMR tool says the already sent out my return but I haven’t received anything yet. I have officially lost my patience. But most likely it will hit Monday or Tuesday if not I’m calling the IRS.

DDD for 2/24 with HRB and emerald card. 3:09am and nothing yet here in Missouri. Didn’t have any fees but have emerald advance to pay off. Saw lots on another forum getting deposits starting at 7pm my time. I really hope they don’t make me wait until tomorrow evening. TPG updated to funded and refund sent at noon today it’s now 537pm. I had it sent to my turbo Visa card. Still have not received. Called Greendot bank and they don’t see it pending. Funny cause Greendot owns TPG as well… even the Greendot card people said if they had sent it to this particular card it would have updated into my account immediately. TPG didn’t send shite

From what I’ve seen people with chime and other prepaid cards will start dropping after 5/5:30 today. I use a local bank so I’m just praying mine don’t take the full 5 days. It did that with the advance :/

Just like the IRS had problems TPG is the same. You just have to put our info in and wait for the blue bar to load. It takes a few minutes. Also once you get in it took a few minutes for the rest of the information to load. It showed unfunded and then slowly started filling in. Be patient! That’s not easy but it looks like its working.

Enter your information, wait for a minute if the box for the captcha doesn’t show, once it does show click it do the captcha then wait for the “get status” to change colors, once it does it might get stuck in a loading screen just wait again. Once you get in it will say unknown..wait even more and everything will update current.

just called hr again.. lady refused to even answer if they have taken fees out and stated if ddd is 2/24 then i have to wait longer for hr to process it to the bank and it could be up to 7-10 days longer. and 4-5days longer if its the emerald card and she hung up.. first problem is i never brought up a ddd date and never asked processing time. i wanted to know if the fees have been taken.

Finally was able to login don’t know how many tries it took me but it was a lot You just have to wait the website is moving slow so if you’re not at work and you have the time just login and wait it’s going to say unfunded first but just wait and then everything is gonna come up slow enjoy the rest of your year and see you next year

@pro SBTPG site does let you log in. It’s just really really slow. You have to wait on the log in screen for a while & once it opens to the account everything says unknown, you have to wait a few minutes and it’ll all update to the actual current information.

U can log in. U just have to wait like 2 mins for it to load up trust me it works. When u get in it will say Unfunded for like another 2mins then it will slowly start to show all you refund amount and fees.

Just logged into TPG website and I showed 2/23 deposit date for me. Log into in a check your dates and exact amount after fees. No log in required just tax amount and s.s. #.

Guys you have to wait a minute or two when you login in TPG. It’ll day unfunded and $0.00 for the first minute or so and then it’ll update. Mine said unfunded and after about 2 minutes, it updated and showed funded with today’s date.

Has anyone received theirs yet with a DDD of 2/24 I have not received anything. I keep seeing people get theirs early. I filed 1/23 it was accepted 1/24 Saturday my WMR showed a DDD of 2/24. I bank with PNC and have been checking and nothing as of yet.

The $40 1st transfer refund fee disappeared on the sbtpg website. Hopefully it stays this way with more movement coming soon.

I am assuming what I was told will apply to others with the DDD of 2/24 that are having fees withdrawn from SBTPG.
I called them today approx 4:30 cst,I was told that “we have had the deposit since the 19th and it will be processed tomorrow the 23rd and deposited to your account on the 24th or 25th the latest”
So,if your DDD is same as mine and they are taking their fees you might get it on 24th or 25th. Who knows?…. -

I have BOA as well with same ddd date as you. Last year my ddd was 3/3/21 and it was deposited 3/3/21. No early payment. I’m waiting just like you. We can hope (I am) for it to drop early, but I doubt it. With all the issues this year with everyone’s refunds be grateful we’re getting one at all 🙏

My <span id=”IL_AD2″ class=”IL_AD”>question</span> is are they’re anyone using Bank Of America and if so do they hold deposits or release them when they receive them? Also on WMR it has same date but it reads BY 02/24/2022 so it may be earlier than that, right?

I had that problem last year. My deposit was 10, 065 and I had to wait for them to mail me a check since it was over the $10k limit they allow for a deposit. The check only took about 4 days to receive, even though it felt like 4 weeks! LOL Good luck! -
PATH’r here. In WI. (Still haven’t gotten my state refund). Federal accepted 1/24, DDD is 2/24. I used HRB, fees taken out, Netspend card. No pending deposits, yet. But EVERYTIME my phone dings with a text alert, my heart races a little. But then I’m quickly let down. Not my refund yet. LOL!

@QueenOCheese Just curious you used Varo. Your DDD was 2/24 and you already got it! Who did you use to file TT,HR…? Fees taken out or no? I am sure means you have your refund you wont be back on here but it was worth a shot means you are the only one I have seen use Varo.

This usually happens when you have an offset or something went wrong and they made an adjustment. -

I have been using H&R Block for 10 years. Almost always get an advance. Even with the advance and fees taken out I get my money a day before. Last year I used my Chime and didn’t apply for refund so no emerald card and I recoved my funds 3 days early. Don’t listen to those agents, there good for one thing… taking your money and giving bad info. If you use Chime you will get it early even with fees taken out but Monday is a holiday so that might delay things by one day. -

My transcripts updated just now! I checked early morning around 2 am and I still didn’t have a refund code 846. Just happened to want to check again and there it is. DD 2/24/22 I have to say this has been the fastest year I’ve gotten my taxes! I filed 2/9/22 and wmr never updated and transcripts had been NA since last night. DDD of 2/24/22 !! But why does my processing date say 3/07/22 ? The refund date is right ? Im confused why the process date is after the refund date any answers? My first time filing taxes!

My transcript updated this morning with a DDD of 2/24 but WMR still shows the delayed message..is that happening to anyone else?

I told my dad the other day..-“There is a group of us…we meet up once a year on our forums. and we leave one by one as our deposits hit, its a very specific group, and I have made some great friends!” I updated within the last 2 hours and I got the 846 with a date of 2/24. What’s your guess for the deposit date it will come? SBTPG has not been funded and WMR never reflects correctly.

@RockChalk84 I called Rushcard because I’m expecting my deposit with them as well. In order to receive a deposit of that amount you need to email them a few documents first, otherwise it will be rejected. Hope this helps.

Code 898 will show offset amount 11 days from 846 refund issued date. Hope that helps.

Does anyone mind also posting their states if they haven’t or are not shown. Asking because I haven’t seen a lot of movement here from people I know but I’m a pather. Weekly. Filed 2/1. Accepted 2/1. No fees through TT. WMR shows 1 bar and processing. Haven’t been able to check transcripts so I’m just wondering

I hope that is what they mean. If I had known there was a limit, I would have split it up, but I have never received this much money at tax time, I didn’t even know a deposit limit was a thing. I looked on all the advertisements they run to get you to direct deposit your paycheck and tax refund and it doesn’t mention a limit. But in the fine print it does.

I think rush means you yourself can’t deposit more then 10k at stores for money laundering stuff but a government deposit surely they have accounted for this exact issue

I just checked my transcript and it has updated with the 846 code for 2/24. I was curious if anyone else has rushcard. I have always used rushcard for my tax refund. Well this year my refund is over 10k, due to child tax credit and daycare credit, but Rushcards website says you can’t deposit over 10k in a day. Does anyone know if this is true for Tax refunds and if so will it be rejected and then I get a check?

on my transcript yesterday it said my account balence (refund amount) and today it updated to zero. no 846 yet. whats this mean?

Filed 2/5 accepted immediately wmr on received and is processing everything since 2021 transcript finally showed up today and to my pleasant surprise I have a ddd of 2/24 also couldn’t have come quicker and at a better time because I just started a new job 30 miles more than my previous one and need to find a gas saver I’m with chime so I’m expecting maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, good luck

all!!!! I updated (within the past 2 hours!) too! I got the 846 for 2/24. Monday is a bank holiday. What is YOUR guess for a CHIME deposit with a date of 2/24/22 ??? FASTEST REFUND EVER!

Finally updated with 846…DDD 2/24. I had the ‘delayed message’ on WMR for a week. So glad it’s just about over. Now, I wait on my bank.

WMR still says the delayed message though. I think it was last year or the year before that my transcripts updated before WMR. Can’t remember… -
Anyone elses 846 ammount not correct? My 846 line shows $xxx for 2/24/2022
Account Balance showing -$xx,xxx and which is consistant with lines 766 and 768 numbers
No offsets or debts. Been over my own forms and irs record of account form and nowhere is showing a computerized adjustment. I seen one other person with the same issue so far. -

SBTPG usually doesn’t hold it for long, sometimes a couple hours sometimes a day or a little longer but they are literally there just for the fees to be taken. -
I had a weird message on WMR this morning, something along the lines of “your return is taking longer than normal to process” so I logged into transcripts. ALL 2021 links are now available & my transcript shows a DDD of 2/24/22. If I had my filing fees taken out, how much of a delay should I anticipate? I had Unemployment wages and 2 W2s this time so TT wouldn’t allow me to free file.

Finally! Updated to 2/24. Now let’s see how the Santa Barbara bank is. I’ve been seeing nightmares on people getting their refunds late from them. Fingers crossed for us people that had fees taken out.
