That’s the offset line. Sorry I’m just now responding. If you filed a joint return, you’ll have to use a separate phone to check for offset under your spouses SSN. As the offset line saves the number you first call from and check with your social. Hope this helps or hope you have received your refund already! If I can be of any more help, please let me know.

Usually 1 to 2 days before a refund is scheduled to arrive, the IRS sends a pre-notification of the refund amount to TPG. The IRS does not deposit the money at this time, but it is only a notification that the refund is on its way.

When a deposit is received from the IRS, your money is processed as soon as it received and typically issued within 24 hours of receipt. If you selected direct deposit, it may take 1-2 business days to reach your bank account. -

I’m in the exact same boat. I use Varo, TPG updated this am to green and sent but Varo isn’t showing anything yet. Keep me updated throughout the day and I’ll do the same lol. -

Got my money today . I have TurboTax with turbo card. Fees taken out and pather. Hope everyone else gets theirs today. Oh my ddd 2/26. Everybody that said the 27th lied. Or that said turbo tax never gets it early also lied. Always get a day early with tt and tt card. C u next year

LizFromTuscan.. does your WMR say call so and so if not received by March 2nd? I also have an offset of 45$ scheduled for payment on the 26th and it didn’t give me a ddd. From what I’ve read, it’s simply the way the WMR worded it for folks with offsets. But if you look at everyone’s ddd, those that have the contact if not credited by March 2nd have a ddd of 02/26. Hope this helps. I haven’t gotten mine yet, but everything points to it being today or tomorrow. Hopefully today

I used Turbo and got the TurboCard.
I usually use VWCU. So we’ll see if the Turbo card makes up for the trouble. -

I went to the SBTPG site and it went from your refund has not been received to a green circle now. I don’t know what tis site is doing but since i’m in California, I’ll check back at my time.

I’m not worried that the offset will delay it at all. I’m worried because I wasn’t given a DDD. It just says “if not credited by March 2, check back” blah blah.. but when I call offset line, it says I have a 45$ offset from Dept. of Education that is scheduled for payment on 02/26 out of my federal refund. So if I’m using TT card, and the rest of my refund is set for 02/26, could I expect it on 02/24 (tomorrow) like some suggest, or do y’all think it will be on 2/26

Does anyone else have an offset and also not showing a DDD? Just really worries me. But with it saying if it’s not credited to my account by March 2, check back for more info, comparing that to others who post a DDD date and a check back by date, I would think my DDD is 02/26 seeing that that’s also when my offset is scheduled to be paid. Any help is greatly appreciated

My WMR updated on 02/22 to direct deposit approved.. however, I am only showing “if not credited by March 2”. I have an offset for 45$, I have called to check for offsets For both my wife and I, between the two of us, only have the 45$ offset from a 5464$ refund. Is the offset the reason I’m not seeing a DDD? I have read others have an offset and ddd of 2/26. When I call the offset line, it tells me the offset and says it’s scheduled for payment on 2/26.. would this be my ddd also?

Also let me add that if you are using your actual bank account and not prepaid card you will most like get on the same day as your DDD unless you use wells Fargo as you will see 2 days early as well.

People who use turbo card and have fees take out almost always have refund 2 days earlier as long as the day doesn’t fall on saturday or Sunday. See this year if you have DD of 2/26 and you had fees taken out YOU will get 2/24 9 out of 10 people. If you didn’t have fees taken out must like will get 2/25 as people with fees taken out always are sent first.

@Jason yes you should recieve tomorrow or Tuesday. People who have fees taken out get sent first so the will almost for sure see tomorrow. But you have a chance as well but no later the. 25th.

Must set up account. Takes a few minutes and phone/email verification.
Then click on “get your tax record” link
Scroll down “get transcript online”
Sign in, select reason other,follow prompts, and you’re into your tax account. Select 2019 year tax record and it will show your 2019 transcript. Codes are at the bottom. Hope this helps. -

Tried checking transcript online this morning and got error message.
Checked this afternoon and saw the beautiful 846 refund issued with a date of 2/26!!!

Approved 1/31/20. Both eic and child credits. E filed with Turbo tax past seven years no issues, pather, no bars for days! Turbo tax says deposit estimated today 2/21/2020! Checked WMR and nothing. No bars just says We received and is still just processing. I usually get my deposit a day or two before it’s even posted. SBTG says hasn’t received my refund so hoping it will be there soon! Like very soon! Anyone else have these dates?!

I believe I was just the unlucky one that ran into the holiday weekend bs. That’s just my opinion on why mine was delayed.
I think you have nothing to worry about because my refund was there before sbtpg updated. So pls don’t worry. I know easier said then done. Good thing you can keep checking the sbtpg website without you being locked out.

My ddd was the 13th sbtpg says they didn’t receive my funds until the 17th and finally deposited them onto my prepaid card on the 18th. So once they receive your funds you should have them the next day. Mine hit around 3pm. -

I have a DDD of 2/20/2020
Used the option to have the money placed on the Turbo Tax card which is Green Dot Bank.
Checked the account this morning and nothing is pending and nothing is posted.Anyone using this option have any updates??
