DD UPDATES FOR TURBOTAX WITH FEES DEDUCTED [EIC/ACTC]

Post your updates here if you filed with turbotax and claimed eic or actc and had fees deducted from your refund.
So far 846 code with DDD of 2/22. Checked Sbtpg they havent received it as of yet.

How do you tell if turbotax took your fees out?? I got an email a few minutes ago saying thank you for using turbo tax.

SBTPG is open and processing until 9pm Eastern, 6PM PST. Still a bit of hope, but not much.

@Harvey I’ve banked with Suntrust for years. They wont release the funds until the morning of your ddd. If you call they will tell you if it’s pending (which it probably is already) but unfortunately we can’t touch it til thursday.

846 on transcripts with DDD of 02-22. Sbpt hasn’t god anything yet, but I did get an email a little bit ago saying thank you for using TurboTax. Maybe a good sign

I filed with TT and I ordered they Greendot card to have my refund sent to. I submitted my return on 01/31 but I haven’t received my card. Anybody have issues receiving their card?

I don’t have EIC but have fees taken out for the first time and have transcripts and code 846 with a date of 2/22. Will it hit my bank after that date or on the actual date?

Same boat. Did get the update and all the jazz. But also got an email from tt saying thank you! Love that! Maybe nothing but it made me feel like it’s soclose! 😂

Did you call the bank directly?

You can use any bank, but if you had fees deducted by turbotax from your refund then it will go to the sbtpg bank first and then they will send it to your bank. If you had any fees and paid for them upfront then it will go directly to your bank.

Can you call any bank to see if it’s been received? I had mine directly deposited into SunTrust, or is this only for specific banks that you could use with TT?
