      Anyone with rejected DDs?
      Bank rejected 5th and it’s still saying they havnt recieved the funds. Feeling like my refund is in limbo and never going to see my money.

          My transcript shows 03-02-15
          And today WMR shows, mail by date 2-23-15…

          When do you think I should get it? The week of the 23rd? Or can it be sooner?

            Janice is right. Mine was 2-23 and my mail date was 2-10-2015. I received my check yesterday.

              Thank you for this info! I will be very grateful to see a Mail date 2/17 on wmr tomorrow morning and receive it Friday 2/20. :)

                Cynthia – right! But I don’t go by those numbers. The reason I said 2-17 was because someone else updated and had a 3-2 issue date and her mail date is 2-17. Those numbers are just a general date – doesn’t necessarily mean it’s ten days before. Many people had 2-23 refund issue date and theirs were mailed 2-11 or 2-10. I just ended up in the 2-13 bunch.

                  Didn’t you say that your transciprt said refund issued 2/23?
                  but mail date is 2/13.

                  If mine says 3/2.. I think that means Tuesday, 2/24 that’s the day they will mail it out or I should receive it by then?

                  I called the treasury early, still too early, IRS hasn’t sent them the funds for them to generate a check..

                  Sorry for all the questions. Hopefully tomorrow WMR will show me a mail date.

                    Thats awesome Cynthia!! I told you! :) tomorrow when you wake up, youll have an update on wmr telling you what your mail date is. Im thinking Tuesday 17th. Cross fingers for you. My check was mailed today! Dont forget to call treasury on your mail date to confirm it went out!

                      My transcript updated and shows

                      Refund issued 2-16-2015 -( Real time 2/4)
                      Refund cancelled 2-16-2015 – ( Real time 2/4)
                      Notice issued 3-2-2015
                      Refund issued 3-2-2015

                      Based on my calculation if yours said 2-23 – real time 2/13 which is today,
                      Does my 3-2-2015 mean real time 2/24 as my mail date?

                      WMR has no updates. Just my transcript.

                        Mine was rejected from my bank because it was my name on bank account, and my husband’s is primary on tax forms. I called the OR and was informed it would be 8-10 WEEKS for them to issue a check. The woman I spoke with said it has already been received back there, but it has to be researched and whatever. I’m about to have a nervous breakdown.

                          I Filed 1/27 and accepted the same day on 2/7 and updated to refund approved but check being sent by 2/13 I called 18008269434 today and a Lady told me my check was mailed out today I will update once I recive it

                                  So turbo tax messed up my dad cuz I originally was doing with a netspend prepaid I decided against it and updated the dd info, including changing routing and acct number. Well for some reason only routing number updated but not acct number! I know it was TT because I had no way of knowing the netspend acct number and when I checked the card they sent me the dd form had the Account number for netspend! Ugh so per my bank they will reject that DD since that acct number doesn’t exist and now I’m wondering when I will get my refund. per IRS rep it can take up to 4 weeks to get refund :(

                                    Cynthia- from what I’m seeing after fiercely investigating this is if you’re an ’05er (which I am) most updates are on Thursday night going into Friday. I was rejected last wed, transcripts updated Friday morning (my bank may have returned it quick enough to make the cutoff) and wmr updated Saturday morning.

                                    I would check your transcripts Friday, see if there are changes (mine showed:

                                    Refund issued 2-16-2015
                                    Refund cancelled 2-16-2015
                                    Notice issued 2-23-2015
                                    Refund issued 2-23-2015

                                    If you get an update with 846 refund issued I’m CERTAIN you’ll get a mail date sometime next week. Wmr does not update for everyone but if you see it on your transcript tomorrow or Friday you’ll get a mail date soon.

                                      Janice- Yes my transcript says 20150405

                                      I called my bank, they said that they rejected it on my DDD 2/4 at 6am. They say that they don’t hold the funds, it just bounces right back to the IRS.

                                      I called the IRS today, 2/11. They still do not see the funds. so I do not have a mail date for my paper check. He says it just automatically generates the check when they receive the funds. He says that it is logical, that they see the funds right away if the bank says it was rejected the same day, but really it takes awhile to show up. He says the 3-5 weeks standard time and that I should not worry because technically it only has been 1 week since it was rejected.

                                      It’s just frustrating that they are not seeing the funds back and not having a mail date. He says 2/18 to March something.

                                      Also he says that WMR will not update regarding sending me a paper check, it just happens.

                                      Any inputs?

                                        I had this happen to me last year. My refund ddwas rejected due to a misplaced number in the account. Which was my bad. Tried calling going to local irs office. No one helped me and Wmr did not update for when they issued my paper check. Generally the financial institution will send back the Money pretty quickly. Took aabout two weeks to get my paper check after my expected DDD

                                          Just for future reference, this year i opted out of DD. BOA rejected my DD three years in a row… something about BOA doesn’t agree with the IRS I feel… Good luck!

                                            Joanna I also have BOA and mine was rejected the 5th. Irs is saying they still havnt gotten it, BOA is saying they should have it. Very frustrating

                                                Cynthia – are you considered an 05er? According to your transcript? I am and I got an update about my 2-4 bank rejection that following Thursday. I was told I was a weekly update. My transcript updated the day after my ddd of 2-4 and wmr updated Saturday morning that my check mail date was 2-13. Maybe your bank took its time returning the funds. I think you’ll soon get an update.

                                                  I am worried.

                                                  My DDD is 2/4.

                                                  Talked to my bank, they see my refund being rejected due to my account being closed. They confirmed that it was rejected and sent back to irs same day 2/4.

                                                  WMR states, deposited 2/4. 3 bars (refund sent)

                                                  Spoke with an IRS live person and they only see the deposit date, they don’t see anything rejected or returned to them. And that once the rejection comes through, a paper check will be automatically issued.

                                                  How long will this take? Will anything about switching to paper check show on Wmr or transcript?

                                                          My refund was rejected on 1/30/2015 and then WMR updated on 2/4/2015 stated a paper check will be mailed on 2/10/2015 I called this number
                                                          1-800-826-9434 and the very nice gentlemen stated my check had been mailed out today

                                                            My WMR still says sent to bank on 2/4! BOA says they rejected it on the 5th No update on wmr and cant get transcript… at least you guys know the check is coming!

                                                                  Same here filed & accpeted on 1/27 refund approved on 2/7 but says they will issue a check by Feb 13 and to call them if i havent recieved it by Mar 13 this is my first year ever having to wait on a check anyone know how long it will really take? #ineedmoney lol

                                                                        Mine was rejected on the 4th as well. Wmr changed Friday 6th to paper check being mailed by the 13th
