DD rejected 2/3 – updated transcripts and wmr 3 days later – help!

My bank rejected my refund on 2/3. I received an update on both transcript and wmr.

Transcript: (updated Thursday night 2/5)

846 – refund issued 2-16-2015
841 – refund cancelled 2-16-2015
971 – notice issued 2-23-2015. 0.00
846 – refund issued 2-23-2015 (full amount)

wmr: (updated Friday night 2/6)

Refund approved:

We are sending you a check to the address shown on your tax return because your bank returned the direct deposit of your refund.

You tax refund is scheduled to be mailed by Feb 13, 2015.

My question? Do they only send checks out on Fridays? Also, is there a chance it was mailed last Friday since my wmr updated so quickly (3 days after reject) and since it says BY Feb 13th does this mean they can send it BEFORE 2-14

Has anyone seen this or experienced a quick update like this on wmr?
