DD 2/10 no refund tax offset?

I had a DD of today. Still no deposit or pending deposit on my WMN card. Everyone I know got there’s today. Could my refund been completely offset? I called the irs and they said because I got a advance the money goes to the tax preparer and then release it to me dd. I called them and they said they have until the 15th to post. I’m lost?

I think what they were saying is that, since you received an advance on your refund, the company that you received the advance from gets the money first and then it’s up to them when they send the rest to you via direct deposit (or whatever option you chose to receive the rest of your refund as). Seems like they have until the 15th to give you the rest of your refund (the tax preparer).
