      I’m wondering if I got a DD of 2/26 when will I see my refund for a my vanilla card. I did my taxes on TurboTax

            @Patricia, no they will not. And unfortunately, they stop it at this point. It’s already been issued. Sorry. Yet, it’s a try.

                I’m going to call the IRS tomorrow and see if they can stop the direct deposit

                  Next yr, get a joint account, or, whomever name is on the refund, have it sent to his/her account. Is the best bet.

                    Check first to see if they can switch or add you to the account. If not, nothing will happen til after your ddd comes and goes because at that point it will be rejected, sent back to IRS, they then have to convert it from dd to paper. I would only guess about another month, however, it certainly could happen sooner.

                    Sorry, I hope however by some miracle it isn’t rejected!

                      I just found out that because I put the direct deposit on my husband’s card, it might be rejected, now I’m wondering how long I have to wait if they issue a check

                        If I’m not mistaken, The Vanilla (Visa), is a prepaid card? More than likely you’ll have your dd today or tomorrow some time.
