Day 21, no return, system error

I am about to lose it!! I have waited somewhat patiently for DAY 21. I filed with TT and was accepted on 2/2. Was at 1 bar until this past Saturday when I lost the bars. No transcripts available.

I just called and after about 15 minutes, the lady came back and told me that there was a system error and that was all the info she could give me. She said she would make a referral to another department and they will get back to me within 30 days.

I am so unbelievably heated right now. WHY?? What system error???

I got accepted on jan 22. No transcripts available called irs last week and was told system error called again this morning told thr same thing. Its been over 30 days now with no info at all and no progress. I give up!

I am in the same position. Filed 1/29 and told they had to do a referral and system error.

OK, just called again…this time waiting 45 minutes and treansferred 3 times.

Very nice lady checked on it for me and said the glitch was entirely on their end and my refund was delayed 1 week. Let’s sure hope I get my money next week!!

I filed with TT also on 2/2. I’ve been somewhat patiently waiting on my return as well. When I tried to access my transcript on 2/10 I was given the message it was unavailable & to call the IPSU (ID Theft). I’ve called them 3x & been told all 3x that my transcript is not ready yet & that I have no red flags for ID Theft. They haven’t been able to give me a reason for the message from their website. The last man I talked to told me I had to wait my full 21 days before they could really tell me anything. I’m seeing a lot of people having issues from filing with TT. What’s the deal with this?
