Cycle dates changing year to year?

Ok so in 2013 i was 01 2014 02…., so im assuming i would be 03 this year? Which would make me a daily update correct? I was also abe to order my account transcript but now refund transcript. Does that mean my taxes are done? And i should be expecing a DDD?

I’m not sure if cycle dates should change every year…I seem to be same as last year which is 05 i can tell by the updates I’ve been given thus year..filed 1/17 accepted 1/19 only able to order the account transcripts today so just waiting on another update. I do believe being able to order only the account transcripts meanz your one step closer but the next update Might being able to order the return and that should be that you are finally approved and your 2nd bar and ddd should be available after that. …but it could go in a different order for you…just my ideaz
