      I was able to order this years tax return transcript. It had a cycle date of 20170405. I have claimed EIC. By the code ( If correct ) my refund sans the path act should have been available the first Monday In Feb. I understand they were withholding because of the path act. I however just keep getting the ” your return is being processed “. Can anyone clarify when my DD could possibly be now ?
