Cycle 20200605 with DDD of 2/12!

I filed on 1/30 and was accepted on 1/30 too. Today all of my transcripts appeared with a cycle of 20200605 with a as of date of 2/24/2020. It does state a DDD of 2/12 as well. WMR won’t update until tomorrow but this happens to me every year. Good luck to the rest of you!

I have all transcripts available for 2019 except the wage and income transcript. I have EIC and ACTC, so am I correct in assuming that next week something should update and if the wage and income transcript is available – then all should be processing ok?

@Ross Inante- that means you havent been processed completely yet. Once your transcripts are available, that means you are just waiting for a ddd. You want your account transcripts because that means you are completely done

@tyesha the 971 is the irs saying that a notice was sent to you. I have never had it myself but Im seeing on this forum that a lot of people this year have that code and have attributed it to a letter from the IRS regarding how to accesss their account.

I filed 2/3/20,and was accepted 2/3/20. I have a DDD of 2/12/20. Just looked on the Santa Barbara web from turbo tax and my funds have been received and the fee has been taken out. Looked on wheres my refund with the IRS and it still states my refund has not been sent. I have Netspend so hopefully I will have my funds today. Good luck everyone!

Jessica, it for sure would of already been offset. I had an offset couple years ago and immediately it was taken. If you have a DDD I would say your in the clear but I’m only speaking from past experiences.

A code of 570 stops your return from being issued. Until that changes no refund can be issued. Several reasons why a 570 is issued, including Id verification and possible audit. A 570 code is not good.

To a couple folks :)

My past experiences I’ve filled for free though credit karma and have received my funds to my Bank of America on the exact DDD.

Also if you are anticipating an offset, the number to call is (800) 304-3107. That’s the tax offset line, it’s automated so no need to worry about talking to someone.

Your able to look up cycle codes through Google.

Last year I filed 2/6, accepted same day, transcripts updated with 846 code 2/16, and I received my refund 2/22.

IRS Code 570 Additional Liability Pending or Credit Hold, which indicates that you could owe money to another government agency or something is amiss with your expected refund.Apr 18, 2018
Code 971 on your tax transcript means that your tax return is being reviewed and entered by a person. It is NOT a rejection, merely an examination. The future date is the date by which they will have completed their work.Feb 14, 2018

@ioe it doesn’t prevent them from processing a return – it just says they can’t issue a refund until February 15th. February 15th is a Saturday this year, so I’m guessing it will be the 14th. Just like government checks that are issued early if the 1st or 3rd falls on the weekend.

I filed 2/3 with expresstaxrefund as I do every year – I find them quicker than TT or H&R Block.
Accpeted 2/3 as well – wondering if anyone that filed 2/3 can view the transcripts showing a 2/12 DDD.

971 means the irs will issue you a notice about something. 570 is additional account action pending i believe
