Hi you 05’ers. I just spoke with my bank, and my deposit is pending for the whole amount of my refund. I don’t have a prepaid card, and my bank doesn’t release funds until the exact day!!! Hi everybody!!!!! Woke up with a DDD of 2/10!!! Yay!!! So all we have left now is to wait for the money, and then maybe we can give others on this page a little more insight. I’m a weekly (20150505) so I knew this is how it was going to go! Bank of America so I know I won’t get it early! 10 days start to finish..this is why I NEVER file early or even on opening week always wait until the 31st or 1st and always done in a week…maybe one day people will figure out the early bird doesn’t always get the worm..lol..Congrats everyone!

Just called the offset line since I did have an offset, it told me that it was applied for my refund dated 2/10/16. So the DDD of 2/10 is now confirmed.

I filed and was accepted on 2/1, was able to order return transcript this morning with new address. Tried to check wmr but i keep getting this message:

Was not able to order transcripts through new address yesterday and only act. As of this morning able to order both through new address should see DD tomorrow for next week!

It’s always a cycle with us 05ers and it’s usually really easy to figure out when exactly we will see movement. Been an 05 for at least 4 years now.

Filed and accepted 1/19, still have one bar, and tt 152..used TurboTax. Was able to order ACCOUNT transcripts last Friday (1/29)

So earlier last week I tried to order my transcripts from last year just see if I truly was a weekly (I did have id theft last yr)..well got it in the mail and it said that I would have to verify my identity then they would mail it out…anyone else had to do that?
Hoping that doesn’t mean I have to go through Id verification for this year’s return…Any ideas?

Still can’t order RETURN transcript, and still no movement on WMR… Good thing… nothing has changed either… No different Tax Topic or instructions to call the IRS. My cycle code last year was 20150505 so guess I’m a weekly… Filed early am on 1/31 was accepted at 6am 1/31…saw others this morning that filed later in the day on the 31st and 2/1 get DDD of 2/8 this morning..I still can’t order transcripts and my state return (Arkansas) was deposited into my account this morning… discouraging but going to trust in the weekly cycle code and pray for movement soon…Last year I filed on 2/4 could order transcripts 3 days later had DD 2/11 so exactly 7 days start to finish… Good luck all glad to see I’m not the only one in this boat!

Well the online transcript tool is working, still can’t get my return transcript. I should be getting my account in the mail any day. I’m hoping to be able to get my return transcript either tonight or tomorrow night with a WMR update Saturday morning for a Wednesday refund.

We’ll see, this is the longest time I’ve waited, ever and last year was a year that should have put me back to daily but who knows. Wednesday will be the 21st day from acceptance. We shall see.

I check WMR still nothing, trans is still down. Watching the news this morning they said the IRS is still down. At this time I would have no clue when we going to get our money. I am sure after the 21 day, they are going to say their systems where shut down for 2 todays, so they will be delays. I’ll keep posting everyday to keep y’all updated filed1/19

Hi all, I file and accepted on 01/22 with eztaxreturn in SC. Was able to order my account transcript on 01/29. Order one for last year and this year to see if I was a weekly cycler. I’m a 05 last transcript 20140505. Every since 01/26 I was able to use my present address to order transcript but was never able to order the return transcript. I tried after work still the same thing. When I tried just now I’m getting this message Your request cannot be completed. Please contact us at 1-800-908-9946, our automated telephone self service, to order an account or a return transcript. For part of the year I lived in Charlotte but then I moved back home to SC in November to the same address I left. Not sure what is happening. Has this happen to anyone? Thanks When I call the number I still can’t order any.

Where do I find the cycle number?? I did not file taxes last year but I do have them for 2013…can I still retrieve it somehow? Not sure if I was daily or weekly…any help would be great!

You would be a 02 daily, the 05 in your case represents the processing week. So basically you processed the 5th week on a tuesday

I filed on 1/21 and was accepted the same day, I was able to order my account transcripts last Friday. I think that if you are able to order your account transcripts but not return, you should see an update with a DDD of 2/10 by Saturday. If you cant order account transcripts right now then you might be waiting til next Saturday for an update on WMR, I could be wrong though.

05er here, I was a weekly for the past 7 years so I am assuming I am one again this year. For the past few years I filed on the last Friday of the month of January and received my refund on the 3rd Wednesday afterwards. If the patterned follows I should get my refund on 2/17 since I filed and accepted on 1/29 . For now I am just hanging out and watching this thread for updates on my follow weeklies.

Would be nice also if anyone will update if their WMR bars go missing or anything strange like that. Still at 1 bar and unable to order RETURN transcripts. I’ve been an 05 for 3 years. Things changed last year which I was hoping had moved me to daily. No longer self-employed, no offsets, no longer have the first time homebuyer repayment, health care through employer not Exchange, no educational credits, just W2’s and EIC for my child who I’ve claimed his entire life. Been in the house past 3 years, filed and accepted on the 20th, stuck at 1bar with generic topic 152. I can order my account transcripts for over a week, just not the return. Here’s hoping :)

I know I am a 05er. I filed 1/23 was accepted 1/23 which means they probably got it 1/25 tried account transcripts on Thursday 1/30 and was able to order and nothing since. Hoping for an update on Saturday

That is what I was thinking also, I wish it would have been before then. I used to get mine back within a week or so and all of a sudden it has changed in the last two years. I truly could have used it this week financially but we shall see next week for an update. Just praying for an update soon. Do you think it will update this weekend or the next for me?

Its kind hard to call. But if I had to guess… I’d say your DDD may be for 2/17.

1. Transcripts will begin back processing this evening into tomorrow morning fro the daily returns.. this is cycle 02… around 6am we will start seeing people with access to both transcripts… this is a good thing.. meaning your return is finsihed processing.,,, Wednesday morning, WMR will update for a deposit day of 2/5!!! If you are a 02 cycle (daily cycle) and lost bars etc, last week,,, this is your chance to resquence and process….. if the batch is not full they may process other post hold returns.
2. Post hold returns are returns that posted but did not process yet… example… you can order account transcripts but no return transcripts… you are considered in a post hold which is also called system idle. what does this mean? This means that your return was indeed posted but has not been worked and is now sitting there waiting for your next cycle process to repost and process….Thes reason you lose your bars, tax topic, 21 day message, etc…. is because you are sitting in the post hold (idle) waiting for your next cycle… Now… today is an elongated day… meaning a day for long processing due to the deferred day Friday which is a non posting day for daily retuns and yes they have to post as many as these returns as they system allows…. so some of these returns will begin to process tonight into tomorrow morning… the system will shut down between 330 and 6am to download the return transcripts etc, so after 6am we will start seeing this updates.
3.Address Issues: Now if you can order your account transcripts with your old address then this means your return is posted but has not been worked… the new address will not update until your return has been processed and indeed posted… this is when you will be able to access transcripts with your new address and your return will be finished processing. It will only change when your return transcript has been processed and updated.
4. Resequencing: This is due to the returns posting but not being able to process… reasons for resequencing… early filing, full cycle which causes post hold, error on return, etc…. each return that is resequenced goes to the next date for that cycle to process and waits for its turn… now returns can be resequenced over and over due to amount of returns already being processed.. They do have a daily processing limit.
5. Weekly returns post on Thursday for processing on Friday… Wmr on Saturday for ddd of Wednesday… Weekly returns will not process until Friday….
6. Daily vs Weekly… Cycles 01 02 03 04 are daily cycles. 05 is the only weekly cycle!
7. The word cycle has 2 different meanings when it comes to the IRS manual. Cycle is used for days and weeks… so example 20150304 the 03 is your weekly cycle number to where 04 is your daily cycle and so on….

I am showing from my tax paperwork it was submitted the 28th. I was able to see the update Sunday, I never checked Saturday. I always get so confused because I am a weekly. Do you think I will receive an update this weekend for a deposit next week or the following. I was hoping next week but expecting 2/18. I never have very good luck with anything it seems. I have tried and have not had any luck ordering anything. I never normally do.

Your cycle are the two last numbers “05”. Yes you are a weekly…however I am uncertain if you started your process due to when you were accepted. Its been said the acceptance date is actually two days after. ? So if you were accepted on the 29…it could mean the IRS has your file date as the 31st. Have you tried ordering your acct trans for 2015?

I think that my cycle is 06 last year my transcript was 20150605. Does this mean I should see an update next weekend. I was filed and accepted 1/29 and updated to one bar that Saturday and I have not seen anymore movement I know my deposit was on a Thursday last year too, 2/19. The weekly cycle confuses me every year.

I read somewhere that the IRS are pushing some accelerated (daily) accounts to weekly accounts this year….hence they didn’t produce a refund cycle chart.

I believe the trick with weekly accounts are not to file during the dead cycles. That leaves you to be resequenced by the system. Being that you only get processed one day…you may get resequenced on a Thursday….which may mean you won’t start processing until that following Thursday. ??

I filed on the 26th and made it for that Thursday of processing. I was able to order my account trans on the 1/28. I’ll keep you all updated if I am able to pull my return trans and/or get a DDD on Saturday!

Can someone please help me understand, I don’t know if/why I am a 05 last year I did get my refund on Wednesday but got my ddd info on the Saturday morning before which was 1/31/15..for this year I still have nothing, however I was able to get my acct transcript ordered on 1/28. Now that was to my old address and no updates since..so my thought is did I start processing on thursday, didn’t finish and now they bumped me to this Thursday. I have never had to wait this long. I don’t have any offsets However I do have the penalty for not having insurance all year. So am I an 05 cycle?

last year I got an update of ddd on the 31st or Saturday and had the deposit on Wednesday the 4th- does that mean I am an 05 cycle?

This year I filed on the 16th accepted on the 19th- could pull account transcript on the 28th with old address and that’s all I can still do- so bummed- I wish I just new it was coming so I could plan my life accordingly :(

Feeling a little better knowing it’s not just me. I saw on other thread where some people who were also accepted on the 19th with Tax Act have a DDD for tomorrow, and I was getting a little worried, so maybe they are daily cyclers.

I wait until the IRS open because last year my ex-husband filed before the IRS opened, I had to wait on a form for my mortgage to come in the mail and filed after they open two are three days. And still got mine about week before he did. So this year I filed on the 19th he filed on the 23rd he’s got a DD of 2/3. Lot of people is having the same problem that filed on the 19th. I called the IRS no luck until it’s been 21 day’s 2/9. GRRRRR

I had a cycle date of 20150405 last year also, and received my refund on 5 Feb 15. This year I am still not able to order refund transcripts yet. I would say your estimate of the 10th is going to be accurate, thats also what I figured as a DDD.
