I have called repeatedly…18008290582 ex 652….only to realize these folks answering the phone have no actual access to your tax info…they have been trained to say 21 days….they do have the ability to connect you to a cAll center…these are people just like you and I …..they wonder what the blank is goin on …just like you

I have spoke to 3 seperate reps, remarkably all told me same info, that i was resequenced. No error code and nothing wrong with my return. Filed 1/21 accepted 1/22. They all show IRS acceptance date 1/25. I was shuffled to the back of the line with majority of other people that filed 1/19 to 1/23 due to the batch being to full that was sent in those dates. Master file glitch you can say. I am curious to see the explanation when this is given nationwide news,coverage bc it will eventually be. Millions of people have been resequenced. iRS failed the people ths year. BTW, if you were resequenced your return will be at least 21 days. Good luckt o everyone.

I wonder what would happen if we did call at the 21 day mark…?!?! would they still not have a clue what is going on… I think so.. Or they will pull your chain and say (I’ve heard) it’s 21 days from when you file… oh, it’s 21 business days from when you file… another said that I filed on the 23/another the 22…. I’m just going to believe that they are the other middle men…. While the IRS cleans up their mess…

NOt true. In 3 calls, 2 of them checked into my account and gave me details.
