      I’m new to path message. First year I’ve updated to path. Though I am walking that path every yr. In yrs past, my ddd is always 2/28, 23, 26.

      Question: Does updating to path sooner mean you’ll process before someone who updated to path after?

          Reference: Filed/accepted within half an hour on 2/2 or 2/3 was middle of night. Updated to path 2/5
