Credit Karma Advance Recipients Post Here

I don’t know if there’s a topic for this yet, however if you have the Credit Karma Card with Fees taken out for advance and Turbo Tax, please post here. I am 20220605 with refund issued 846 for 2/24/2022. I am also a Pather with all credits. In South Carolina!!!

Mine says the same thing. Does yours still say unfunded? WMR says sent but TPG says unfunded

I still have not received my deposit! DDD was 2/24/22. Yes I had fees taken out, still says unfunded. IRS says it was sent to my bank 🤦🏽‍♀️. Can’t get in touch with SBTG. Only automated and it states no funds have been sent. I’m so over this crap! I’m sure they’re going to try to tax the hell out of me. I highly do not recommend TT and CREDIT KARMA! This “bank” isn’t even an accredited bank! Why would they trust this “bank” with our money!

My status updated to Funded on SBTG, credit karma says they don’t see it. I will never use them again. Netspend usually comes 5 days before due date. This is longest I had to wait for refund

I am not using turbo tax again they did not tr sceramounts on 1040 cause Delay in refund and also. Ow bave to amend them and waitonger

Filed 1/19 accepted 1/19 in test batch….tt and credit karma, only update to transcripts was as of date pushed back to 3/07. 😡

So mad at TT. I would’ve just paid the fee upfront had that been clear to pay it out of my refund. I didn’t think it made any difference. They charged me $39 for fed, $39 for state AND $40 for that stupid processing fee!!!! Not to mention that held everything up. Never using them again. 😡 My refund has a DDD of 2/24 to go to CK but sbtpg hasn’t even received anything yet. I never got an advance, just the fees.

Filed TT with advance for the first time and opted to get fees taken out of refund (I thought it would be “easier”). Silly me. 😂

Pather with DD of 2/24/22. Never using TT again and absolutely never doing an advance or having fees taken from refund. Especially since I have that extra $40 fee tacked on too.

I will never use TT because of SBTPG again… I don’t appreciate them hanging on to the funds when I could have received the funds much sooner by using just about any other service

@Mari228 I’m in the same boat here. I thought if we didn’t have fees through TT that it would skip TT and go directly to whichever account we put on the return. I’m so confused to see this $40. I’m actually hoping it skips SBTPG and goes directly to my Credit Karma because I have no fees to pay TT. If it takes that $40 I’m gonna be livid.

Filed with TT, paid my fees upfront, denied refund advance, stuck with CK account. Im being charged $40 for absolutely nothing by SBTPG. Now my refund is going there instead of straight to CK and now I wont get early deposit because SBTPG does not do early deposits, trust me I know! My whole issue is I paid fees upfront so I wouldnt have to deal with SBTPG, cutting out the middle man and they are receiving my refund. Why?

I am also in SC with CTC and an advance using turbo tax and credit karma. Sbtpg has “released” my funds as of today but no money in my account. My DDD is 2/22.

sbtpg does not release money early, they hold the money until the day of or the night before, I have literally gotten the refund advance with turbo tax for years. Always the same, sbtpg makes money by holding our refunds. Interest

So I just read down at the bottom of the page, 9 that we aren’t eligible for a early deposit. It says we will have to wait. I don’t know about the people who didn’t get the advance. It only applies to the people that got the advance. I will not be using credit karma again. Never again.

@buttercup I didn’t even get advance. They said there was some system issue that caused platforms between Tt and credit karma to mess up domes advances. and I called the Santa barbara number it’s it’s totally automated smh I’m so upset now

Yes, it still says un-funded. I just saw a post where someone said that we aren’t eligible for a early payout because we got the advance. That really doesn’t make sense though. Because, the IRS is unaware about the advance they just send the money off. I’m sure they don’t pick and choose through banks who gets paid first. I don’t know if that information is accurate or not.

@buttercup thank you, I didn’t even know I had fees taken out ugh. Mine says unfunded still. Does yours? Smh I need to call TT now because my state was waived. How do I see if my federal was paid ?

It’s Santa Barbra Bank, you can check their website to see if they have your federal return. Turbo tax use them to get their fees if you had fees taken out. It goes to them first and then they send the rest to CK.

Hey guys I have a 2/24 deposit as well and nothing from credit karma. What’s this stbg place I keep hearing people talk about? I was forced to get credit karma account when doing taxes this year… never got refund advance and TT waived state fees for me. I will keep you all updated as I’m checking hourly.

This is my first year trying credit karma, for 10 years my husband and I used Netspend and always got it the same day our transcripts update. We needed to pay some bills and fix our car so we took the advance. I will never do it again. We have had the worst time with them. They mailed our card to the wrong address and we weren’t even able to get money from the account for weeks.

I too have the DDD of 2/24/22 still waiting. My boyfriend didn’t get the advance but had the fees taken out and he didn’t get his refund until the day the WMR timeline said. I think i may have screwed myself out of receiving it early from having the fees taken out and receiving the advance.

I also had advance with CK. 846 code with 2/24/22 DDD. Praying this deposit hits today. A few people have seen their deposits within the last 30 mins! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
