      We recieved a cp88 notice for not filing, we lived outside of the us for a year we filed and it got rejected…long story short we mailed in the return, we couldnt efile it. That was in February, still nothing showing on transcripts. Called cant get anyone, left numerous voicemails for ta’s. Anything else I should do? I really need the refund, still waiting on stimulus. Definitely experiencing a hardship..any advice i would greatly appreciate.
