      I received cp75 letter yesterday and faxed everything they needed last night. How long do you think I would have to wait for any type of movement/information..it was just to prove filing status, eic credit and dependents..thanks in advance..

          Faxed mine in last night too.. Hopefully they get on it but I remembered doing this 2 years ago it took exactly 90 days.. Smh.

            When they send u the letter it will let u know what u can send to them..I sent them birth certificates for my kids and school reports that show they were with me with my name address on all for proof of dependents and EIC credit..I also sent them for proof of household which were my lease and 6 months Electric bills..

              @denise661 What info did they require? Im waiting on a CP75 as well. Did they give you a DDD for partial return without credits already? Did you have a 420 on your transcripts.
