      All this time I have been waiting for a DDD only to receive a letter today stating that they (IRS) records show that I didn’t file my taxes in 2011. WHAT A JOKE!!

      CATCH THIS: If I don’t file by the 23rd they will determine my taxes for me.

          There are 2 active threads here on this that could help you. Wr have shared experiences dates and some DDD dates so you know what to expect. It’s not a fun process at all. If you owe it will be deducted from your refund.

          File the return ASAP this isn’t a quick process and you will want to get it in quickly. I’m about to post an update on my CP3 in the other thread. Please feel free to join us and if you have any questions those of us that went through it this year are here to help

            The EXACT same thing happened to me. I couldn’t file as soon because I was waiting on some tax docs. I filed my return electronically in 2011, even received a refund and they pull this BS. I sent my 2011 return and the waiting continues.
