    Finally…hopefully

      When I called the offset hotline early on it said I have 2 offsets. One for Dept of ed for $73, and one for a state debt for 1500. Today when I called it said for the Dept of Ed that my tax refund has been reduced by $90 on Feb 27…and the state says may be reduced…
      So…my questions are why did it go from 73 to 90? And do we think the state will actually offset? Thanks
