      I worked as an independent contractor last year for a real dickhead. I still have yet to receive my 1099-mis in hand from said dickhead. My tax person said I could go ahead and file without it since I knew all the info except for the EIN or SS#. I filed with Turbo Tax on 1/30 a little after 8pm and was accepted a few minutes later. I also have EIC and Education Credits. I do not have a DDD nor can I order my transcripts.

          Thanks Kim…I was worried about it. Yeah knowing this guy he hasn’t and won’t do it. I had to threaten legal action to get my last pay check from him…I do however plan on letting the IRS know on the 15th if I don’t have it before them. I want to make sure this guy suffers as much as he made me suffer when I worked for him

            You will not suffer delays for the 1099 He probably has not even filed it but regardless you input information& you are good THE PROBLEM appears to be the batch we all are associated and YT? not transmitting or IRS NOT PROCESSING Another forum said to look up TT DELUXE & it is actually reporting delays till 2/19
