          Ha ha…
          I did go today.
          Response from Mrs Patty Kim..
GLAD YOU CAME IN… I AM HERE TO HELP YOU..
YES…she was busy but she has help..
Her assistant called doe for me today with me there..
Long story short.. The rep was rude. They are not pleased. Took all my info said they have a few memos to send will get back to me.

And Mrs Kim invited me back for Assistance with job placement… For a better paying job…
Sooo again do your research and ask questions closed mouths dont get fed… I will update on how it goes with links to proof… Even if its a post to gram account so be it… Thanks for the doubt anyway still works as motivation..

****yes its a debt that I owe Im aware…. Its the principle. If I dont qualify for payments why take my taxes…it will cause me a hardship…. I didnt want my case to get lost overlooked or take until june to resolve..

There is nothing you can do for this year because it is money that was owed.

Here’s where to get started to make sure this doesn’t happen next year:

Lastly… Those are regulations that always have room for forgiveness.. You just have to take the right channels.. And prove a steady case.. Facts are facts.. Its in there own black and white word on paper.. Me missing a deadline is not a federal offense.. Worse matters have been forgiven… And does it cause me a hardship yesssssssss

Defaulted federal student loans can be rehabilitated for as low as $5/month. After a set number (I think 9) of on time payments you will be out of default and your refund will not be offset (for the loans) as of next year. After that you can get income based repayment for next to nothing monthly if you qualify and based on what you are saying you should.
*BE SURE TO CALL OFFSET LINE BEFORE FILING NEXT YEAR

“But I never had any problems never made enough to qualify for 1 payment so they take my taxes…?? Basically my earned income credits…..”

Never made enough to qualify for what? You said no students loan… So what child support?

Just pay the kid…plus you ain’t really paying the government still is with the credits the offered… Just saying…. LMAO.

If I’m wrong then my bad. Hope you get it resolved.

Just pay your debt and let the offset be if it’s legit. If it is indeed your student loans you should have contacted your student loan provider and completed an income based repayment plan before it got to this point

lmao..you asking a Senator to help is kin to looking for and finding Big Foot. They are lucky to agree on lunch each day…so to think they care about us peasants is far fetched..sad though,it shouldnt be this way. I wish you luck.

If you owe them money they gonna take it. You think a Senator is really gonna a help you? They barely do anything while being overpaid…. And if you owe them… then you gotta pay up. Happened to me 2 years in a row for student loans…. Didn’t complain cause at the time I wanted to get my degree so I knew I had to.

I don’t really see how that’s going to do any good. You legally owe money.

Depends on who you owe money to. Do you owe child support?
