      First time filing injured spouse here. I’m from Wisconsin and back in mid February after our refund was intercepted I filled out the 8379. IRS website took me to Wisconsin’s department of revenue website so I called them to find out where I was to mail the forms. Was told multiple times by multiple people to mail them to our department of revenue P.O. box in Madison, WI. Which didn’t seem right because everything had said to mail to the IRS. Well fast forward to I’ve been calling DOR constantly to find out what’s going on and for the first time in almost 8 weeks a guy told me that I was to mail them to the local IRS office as well. So essentially I just wasted 8 weeks to be told I didn’t even mail them to the right place!! After calling numerous times. So I call IRS to find out the correct address to mail them too and they gave me the Fresno, CA address. I am praying that this was correct. Anyone on here know?
