Codes 810, 811, 971, 420?

I updated on wmr to tax topic 151 take action. I have codes 810, 811 971, 420 then a 846 for the a refund without my eic and the ctc. Looks like those are being held. Anyone know what’s up with this?

No other codes besides 420 and 810 still no letters no other codes or anything

Do you have 811 or 971 code? If you have a 971 the date beside it will be the date they issue the notice.

@Chrisss I would submit the documents via FAX it be alot faster. Make sure you use a machine that can verify recipt. Then call them in about a week to make sure they recieved the documents. Use a cover page and ending page as well.

Update got a cp75 just now. Gonna get aldocuments ments copied and mailed tomorrow. This is lame. My tax situation had been the same for 13 year no change and now I get an adult.

PBrozowski, no. The larger portion will not be deposited until after the audit is closed. The amount of the 871 will be deposited. Everything else will need to be taken care of first via the letter they send.

So, just to verify, the larger amount will be deposited. However the 846 will be in question with the notice?

Audit of EIC and ACTC credits, you will get a notice sent out on the date beside the 971 code. 420 is audit code, mostly like will have a CP75 notice to verify those credits. Your 846 will be everything besides these credits.
