CODE 846 REFUND ISSUED 02/16/22. FILED 01/29

Not a pather I’ve checked my credit Karma account every 30 minutes waiting for my refund. I got my state refund on the 7th and I need the money desperately. Somehow I’m still waiting till AFTER the 15th even though I’m not a pather. Credit Karma said refunds up to 5 days early. Everyone that filed with TT and got the CK card please update on here if you got refund early. I’m praying that every time I check it just pops up but I’m so let down that I have to wait ANOTHER weekkkkkkk!!!!!! The IRS sucks man

I’m hoping someone can assist. I’m starting to feel quite anxious. I filled with turbo tax and I had fees taken out but also requested the funds be deposited into my credit karma account. I was given a direct deposit date of 2/16. I’m hoping one of you might know the time frame of to which I can anticipate my funds. I attempted to call turbo tax and NONE of them have any answers of when I’ll receive my money :(

@justin I think you’re right. Sucks but yeah. Last year I was path and got a refund advance so it was sent to sbtpg to pay that back and I got it the 23rd and my ddd was the 24th. So looks like at some point tomorrow theres a very very high chance the refunds show up. I hope it’s at midnight tonight but we will see

Yea it sucks we didn’t get an update on the SBTPG website this morning. I’m assuming we will get an update this evening and funds released overnight. That really sucks because I’m sure they received the prenote from the treasury already.

I just called TurboTax support. They said they waived the fees but what they meant was they paid me back for them. BY SENDING A CHECK FOR THE FEES BACK TO ME IN THE MAIL… within 21 days of that email. Which I got on the 4th… so I’m highly highly guessing that my return is still going to sbtpg and they are taking the fees out like normal……………… yay me -___________-

Just to let you guys know. I have no access to transcripts. Money will be direct deposited. I used jackson hewitt and had the funds taken out on 2/4. Single no dependents no credits. Site updated a direct deposit date of 2/16. I bank with western union netspend. I get my payroll two days early. Nothing as of yet but when I get it I’ll update here.

@frostypaws on sbtpg it still says unfunded. And CK card still nothing. I feel like the more I check it the more depressed I’m getting. I know i should just wait right? I live in Southern California the cost of living is actually atrocious. Not to mention I’m not married with 2 young kids which means I lose way more per paycheck to taxes than most. So if you’re wondering why I’m checking so much. That’s why. And there’s more too it but yeah.

SBTPG is on pacific time so we should start seeing some updates rolling in some time after 9 et.

Sorry I responded but my post isn’t listed. Unfortunately SBTPG doesn’t use state returns to pay the fees so if there is an issue with them waiving the fee for you it will still go to SBTPG before getting sent out. I would keep checking their site today to see if it shows up there first. Mine hasn’t hit the SBTPG site yet but I’m hoping they update this morning and issue our refunds sometime this afternoon.

@steven7960 You crossed my mind so I’m back to check in. Does the SBTPG website show that they received your refund? Does it say funded? I have my fingers crossed for you! If you haven’t gotten it yet I bet you will have it by tomorrow.

@imperfective that’s what I’m saying. My state was more than my fees but I got my state and turbo tax said I didn’t have to pay the fees. So I’m hoping that they don’t still send my deposit to sbtpg. Because it says $122 fees on there but according to TurboTax they waived that.

If your fees were already taken from your state then you federal would go straight to you.

@justin I need your opinion. I mentioned that I had the fees waived. And last thing I want is my deposit still sent to sbtpg… it has showed on there I owe $122 which I had to pay for certain documents. But used my return. I got that email from TurboTax about fees waived. And then I saw people mention that the fees would get taken out of whichever refund comes first. My state was more than my fees and I got the state just fine. Do you think because of that my deposit will go straight to me

That’s weird they are waiving their fees because of the advance. I also got declined for the advance but still have to pay the fee. The SBTPG website shows unfunded still but I’m expecting them to update overnight into tomorrow morning then once they release funds it should hit our CK cards. Also SBTPG runs on pacific time zone so expect an update sometime between 3am and 9am.

Okay well the weekend is finally almost over. The 16th is Wednesday. So I’m beyond praying that the deposit comes in at midnight tonight. The CK card said up to 5 days early and if it came at midnight tonight that would be just 2 days early. Is that too much to ask?!?! Come on IRS. Come on TT. Come on Credit Karma. Please give me my money

@justin see here’s the thing. Because I did have to pay fees. BUT then I got an email from TurboTax 6-7 days ago saying I didn’t have to pay fees because I didn’t qualify for the refund advance like always and it was their fault so they told me they weren’t going to charge me the fees. So I’ve been checking the sbtpg and they haven’t gotten my refund this whole time like a ton of other people so maybe TurboTax saved me from it? I filed 1/29 so idk

If you paid the fees out of your return I would expect to see your return Monday at the earliest but most likely Tuesday sometime. If you paid the fees up front it could hit at any time.

Wmr just updated to 2 bars right now. With the same refund deposit date of 02-16-22 as my transcript. I just hope that it was already sent and my CK card can release it early to me :/

@steven7960 Of course! I’ve been doing some digging here on the forum trying to find people who used CK to see what the timeline looks like but as you know, people suck at updating after receiving their $$. From the couple posts I saw I would say Tuesday at the latest but maybe make a post asking people who used the CK card if they’ve received theirs early. Fingers crossed for an early deposit for you!

Just reread the title of your post so I’m guessing you do. For some reason I thought I saw you say that you don’t have access to your transcripts on one of these threads a couple days ago. If you do have the 846 for 02/26 I would expect it on Monday with CK. My husband has the same DDD and got his refund today at 11:30AM EST with Varo.
