Code 570 Take action

WMR says Take action and there is a delay on my refund. Have code 570 on transcripts. Going to call IRS Monday but Im freakin out. Anyone know what this could mean?

  It’s a code….had it last year, got it again this year….for absolutely nothing….didnt receive refund until June almost…..im not going through that bs this year

  I have Take action code 1541 but on transcripts i have code 570.I called IRS im under review for wages verification.I was told my review begins on March-4-2019 and to give them 45 days from then.Maybe you should call and see exactly whats going on with yours.
