      If you plan on filing with HR block and plan on claiming tuition and fees be prepared to wait they will not have form 8917 until feb 5 or later been a hell of a week trying to figure out why my e file kept getting rejected finally just removed the 1098t form and it finally processed and was accepted by irs. Hope this helps anyone who was having the same issue.

          Same issue here but my tuition is huge so I’m having to wait until the 5th or after to file. Wish they had this stated somewhere as to avoid the stress of having the e-file rejected.
