No deposit yet CK card with SBTPG funded! This is so ridiculous! I am not understanding why they have to make money off of people, who, are already broke! What people will do to others for money is just horrible. I wished everyone had compassion for each other. The times of good neighbors and Andy Griffith are long forgotten! What a shame.

Fees going to republic bank. I got a text from them this after noon saying my refund has been sent to my bank (capital one) and that I should receive in 1-5 days

As of 6am sbtpg had received and taken out fees and sent remainder to my bank my bank has yet to receive it. My ddd is 2/24 looking like it’s going to be late irs says they sent it to sbtpg on 2/18 sbtpg says they didn’t receive it until today ????? Makes no sense usually processes immediately I’ve done it this way for the past 5 years. I will never not pay upfront again. It’s not worth the wait and extra 20 dollars anyway. Will post when received

The server is just backed up with traffic. Just log in and wait it will eventually update with all your info. It’s just not instantaneous. Give it a few minutes.

@dez… ok. so was the 18th your DDD ? no it is i assume 24th. sbpgt got it 18th. they dont send it out till next business day. which will be tonight after 10pm when banks reopen electronicaly again after holiday . you will see money in your acct tuesday night or very early wed morn

I wouldn’t think there’s any reason to get ahold of TPG, they’re not going to be able to release your refunds faster unfortunately.

My DDD is 2/22 checked this morning and nothing. Kinda scratching my head. It’s usually there the say before. However yesterday was a holiday so I thought ok, maybe that. Anyone else? I Bank with USAA and paid the fees upfront. Now I am paranoid I put the wrong banking info in.

I just called SBTPG and I have a ddd of 2/24. The lady stated that my fees are due to be processed on the 23rd and my refund will have an “effective date” of 2/24 which is my ddd. So we are not, I repeat are not getting our refund early.

Someone help… so I filed Turbo Tax jointly with my husband on my account, but my husband already had a credit karma spending account he made first for the refund advance just to find out he had a pin. Rejected, waited, got pin, accepted… thinking if I filed from my account we still might get it, WRONG. Anyway, Credit Karma just told me the bank would probably send the direct deposit back to IRS? MY DDD IS the 24th. It’s still pending SENT on WMR. .

id check sbtpg first. if they dont have it, you wont have it. they usually get it the day before you get it.
