Child tax credit

Has anyone got a DDD with a child tax credit? I thought I read somewhere that Feb. 15th is the soonest you could get your refund. Anyone know?

  Accepted 1-22-19
  1 bar since 1-22 however this morning at 440 am {workout time] I got a no information screen.
  At 6am I have “your return is in process we will notify you of a dd”
  Only CTC so no PATHER.
  Checked for transcripts and 2018 is still “Blank”
  SSA does not show my income yet.
  
  Child Tax Credit doesnt hold your return, your thinking of the Additional Child Tax Credit and EIC

  The CTC will not delay your refund. the ACTC and/or EIC will.
  
  Do you have a form 8812 in your return? If yes, you have the ACTC. If not, you do not.

  February 15th is for additional child tax credit. If you only have the child tax credit the hold shouldn’t apply to you. Unless you also have the earned income tax credit
