Has anyone ever filed Chapter 13 and refund was delayed due to an indication of bankruptcy? How long did it take to get your refund?

  Was yours delayed when you first filed? I just filed last month. They have not started taking payments out of my check yet.

  The same is here in Missouri. I am in my chapter 13 and they never take my refund

  I’m in a Chapter 13 in Michigan. The only way your refund will be delayed is if your payment plan is not at 100%. The Chapter 13 trustee cannot with hold your refund here Michigan. Laws vary state to state
