Change if address and ID verify

I filed on 2/20 was accepted 2/22. Filed my return with my new address and also my w2 and 1099 have my new address as well. I also changed banks as well. No credits at all. WMR shows being processed with 1 bar and all info on the left. Anyone with a change if address wtc have to id verify? If so did WMR change before you got your letter? Did you receive the letter at your new address?

Finally got my 4883C last night and verified. Fingers crossed!

So I work for a tax company and am in the same boat as many waiting on an Id verify letter…. while researching why I need the letter and finding it’s due to a control number listed I realized that the tax company I work for along with all other tax companies can see that control number you’re needing. So call and ask for your dcn or mef id because once you’ve been accepted by the irs these control numbers are sent to the tax companies for your records

Filed and accepted 2/1.

Was told 4883C was mailed to me on 2/20.

Still haven’t received it.

This is getting a bit ridiculous.

Maybe the IRS needs to may the USPS as much money as Amazon does so they can deliver the mail in a timely manner.

They certainly don’t waste time when you owe them money.

@TP32 same boat here finally verified 2/23 but still nothing i can order trans over phone with new address but says invalid info when i try the order by mail on the site, using either address..

I had to call in since the 1st letter never made it to me so I made sure they sent the 2nd letter to my new address. I filed 1/29 and bars went away with the still being processed message. I verified last Wednesday right when I finally got the letter and nothing has changed with my transcripts yet they’re still blank. Hopefully mine updates this upcoming week.
