      I just switched to Verizon recently and I was trying to get my transcript online but they can’t verify it’s me from my phone. What can I do? What do I do?

          Is the phone account in your name? If so it should verify unless the system has not updated to the new account with the IRS systems they use. If it’s not in your name you will need to select the other options which I believe is to receive a code in the mail.
