          @biscone I’ve always done mine by mail for like the past 3 years maybe 4 now suddenly this year I’m being told info doesn’t match records I did new address old address no matter what I’m getting same crap

            I have an account and it randomly made me reverify my account. I put the same car loan information in as I did when I opened the account three years ago and for some reason it states my information is incorrect. I’ve now been locked out and have to wait 24 hours to try again. Never had trouble accessing my transcripts up until last weekend. I was able to access them last week, last year and the two years prior. No clue what is happening.

              @king I’m having this same issue but putting in last years address is saying the same thing so I don’t know what the **** is going on it’s stressing me out
