Can't order any transcripts error

No update on WMR and simply unable

to order any tanscripts at all does this

mean that there is a problem with my return ?

I’m a first Time filer I just need some insight.

Does anyone know what the error can not process request when ordering transcripts mean ? The address is correct and the error can not process request comes up everytime.. I see everyone else can order transcripts.. filed 1/16/156

@Ox @Nara I have the same exact problem as @Bk718 … It says the request can not be processed or something of that nature I am filing my son as a dependent and and EIC, I just don’t know what’s the hold up neither of my transcripts can be viewed let alone the request be processed.

I am having the same exact problem. i am a first time filer also and can not get my transcripts through the phone or online i keep getting the technical difficulty message also. Online just says unavailable or we can not process your request pleas call something of that nature and im 100% sure my information is correct.

It lets me search the address and when it goes through it says that the transcripts are not available, I see everyone else can order transcripts that have been accepted on the 19th the same day I was accepted. The information is accurate it’s just they don’t have a transcript for me and when I call it says it’s having technical difficulties everytime.

There are a variety of reasons you may not be able to order your transcript. Most likely, it is because:

a) You have not been processed yet.
b) You are entering your information incorrectly

I wouldn’t worry at this point. Keep us updated.

When you enter your address DO NOT enter punctuation.
Example: 555 N Smith St
No number signs or periods. I hope this helps.
